Your Guide To AMI is an independent, free-to-use travel reference and concierge tool for visitors to Anna Maria Island, Florida. The App aggregates publicly available information and curated local knowledge to help visitors find beaches, dining, activities, transportation, wildlife, fishing, and other points of interest on the island.

The App is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the City of Anna Maria, the City of Holmes Beach, the City of Bradenton Beach, Manatee County, the State of Florida, or any business, organization, or government entity listed or referenced within the App.

All content in the App is provided for general reference and informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, product, service, or related content contained in the App.

Use of the App and reliance on any information contained herein is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

Your Guide To AMI participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click certain links in the App and make a qualifying purchase or booking, we may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are used to help support the ongoing development and operation of the App.

Data sourced from third parties (NOAA, FWC, MCAT, SafeBeachDay, Open-Meteo, and others) remains the property of those respective organizations and is subject to their own terms of use.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the App using automated tools
• Reproduce or republish App content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's infrastructure
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any interactive feature of the App

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Guide To AMI, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the App
• Reliance on any information provided in the App
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the App's content
• Interruption or unavailability of the App or any third-party service it references
• Any transaction conducted with a third party referenced in the App

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Guide To AMI and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
